Our story
Why we started
Homes have quietly filled up with technology. Televisions, streaming boxes, routers, cameras, doorbells, speakers, laptops, apps — all of it promising to make life simpler, and much of it doing the opposite.
Meanwhile, getting help has been its own problem. Big-box installers rush. Repair shops talk over people. Handyman listings are a coin flip. And too often, someone gets treated as if not understanding technology were a personal failing.
KindnessWorks was built to be the opposite of that experience: a professional company that knows the work, shows up prepared, explains things in plain language, and treats every home and every person with respect.
